Q - I have rental property in Summerwood. Can my tenants enjoy the park and tennis court?
A - Yes. (As the property owner you may be liable for their actions)
Q - Can we have solar panels?
A - Yes, they must be approved by the Architectural Committee.
Neighborhood Garage Sale - Saturday April 5, 2025, 8am until ?? (afternoon)
The Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale is typically held the first Saturday of April. Plan on participating Saturday, April 6, 2024, 8:00 a.m. until ??. All Summerwood residents are urged to participate. Cover your driveway, garage and lawn with all those items you have been wanting to get rid of !
The POA will place an ad in the local paper, social media, and post signs thru-out the neighborhood. All you have to do is SELL.

National Night Out is designed to:
• Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
• Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs
• Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
• Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
Neighborhoods throughout the community are encouraged to lock your doors, turn on their porch lights, gather with their neighbors to show unity against criminal activity.
The purpose of National Night Out is to build strong partnerships between the police and communities and to promote crime awareness programs such Neighborhood Community Watch groups. According to NATW, last year’s event was the largest ever that involved 34 million people in 10,000 communities from all 50 states, US territories and military bases worldwide.
