From your president:

Summerwood was developed in six phases starting in the early 1980’s and consists of a blend of 147 single family dwellings, duplexes and garden homes. Numerous news publications from USA Today to Money.com consistently list New Braunfels as one of the “best cities to live in the U.S.”. With this kind of national recognition, New Braunfels has seen double digit growth over the last decade. One of the beneficiaries of this growth are the property owners of Summerwood. Idyllically located within New Braunfels city limits and close proximity to schools, shopping, downtown and river activities, there are numerous reasons for its popularity and rise in property values. As the president of Summerwood’s Board, I am honored to represent the existing property owners and welcome all new residents. I vow to work with our 5-member board to be stewards of the treasury, enforce neighborhood “Conditions and Restrictions” and continue to make Summerwood an attractive, safe and friendly neighborhood to reside in.
